OUR WARRANTY

We stand behind our products. All products manufactured by Idaho Sewing for Sports, Inc. are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. We will repair or replace, at our option, any product that fails due to a manufacturing defect.

This warranty specifically does not cover the normal breakdown of materials that can be expected over time, or the misuse of the product. Repairs necessitated by normal wear and tear, misuse or accident will be made for a reasonable charge.

All products returned for repairs must be cleaned prior to being shipped to Idaho Sewing for Sports, Inc. there will be an extra charge added to all products returned for repair work that have not been previously cleaned.

To process a warranty claim, please call us at 208-983-0988 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All products returned to Idaho Sewing for Sports, Inc. without a valid RA number will be refused.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

1. Idaho Sewing for Sports, Inc. makes no express or implied warranty whatsoever with respect to products and equipment, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness.

2. This disclaimer also excludes all incidental or consequential damages as a result of a defective product.

3. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
